Return & Refund Policy

We handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and flexibility for both our customers and our small business.

If you have an issue with your order, you must contact us at sassboundbooks@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. All return requests must be reviewed and approved before any items are sent back.

To be considered for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return. These include:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask—we're happy to clarify.

Exchanges

Because we handle returns case-by-case, we do not process direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

EU Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, per applicable laws. The item must be in its original condition, and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
